We did not know them at all, no clue who they were we called them they immediately responded immediately came out and assessed the project gave quote that evening, they were extremely professional courteous kind kept us involved, the enormous amount of equipment they brought here was professionally handled. I called Pridham Roseberry Properties on a Sunday morning and Dave Pridham came out to my house that day. I was having water come down my driveway and into my Family Room.
Dave explained his drainage plan and said that his crew was two weeks out to do the project. When I told him that there was a big rain storm coming in four days that would flood my Family Room, he rearranged his schedule and completed the drainage project before the big rain storm hit my area.
The driveway drain worked perfectly! I commend Pridham Roseberry Properties for their knowledge about drainage issues, their friendly efficient crew, and how they TRULY CARE ABOUT their customers!

I was having issues with water in my basement. Dave and Randy walked me through the process of adding an underground perimeter drain. They listened to my concerns and came up with a plan and estimate. Once we agreed, they contacted Digsafe and were able to start work on site within a week.
